Technique: Be overly dramatic (But not out of control) Emotion is energy. Those who show conviction are more believable, respected and admired. They are perceived as being knowledgeable and they grab the attention of those around them. Their story is gripping and their names and faces are remembered. Drama heightens others' emotions and focuses them in on your every word. This also gives the impression that the issue is an important one. This is a great tactic to use if the opponent would like to see it swept under the rug (See also "Make an Issue Out of It")
